Can I change the owner of an workspace?

You can change the owner of an workspace by going to Manage Users on the left side of your Timeclamp™ account and scrolling down to All users assigned to this Workspace.

In the Role column, click Change next to the role of the user.

Select OWNER from the list of roles created for that workspace, then click Update.
