Creating a Schedule for Entire team or Multiple users
You can easily create a schedule for all users assigned to a project, for any duration you choose. This allows you to create a basic schedule for the entire team (for example, 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, every week for the duration of the project) rather than having to schedule shifts individually.
To create a schedule for the project:
Click Schedule at the top of your screen.
Click + Schedule Manager (the green button) at the top right
Select the Project and Task
Add a Start Date and End Date (what period of time you want this schedule to be applied).
Add a Start Time and Finish Time.
Then Click on Search
Select the users from the list for that shift based on their availability.
Note : User with yellow cross mark are already working on some other task and are not available during that time.
Click Save at the bottom right or click the “Tick” icon at the top right once the shift is ready (DRAFT Awaiting to be PUBLISHED) see publish shifts for more details.
