If Department is enabled you can assign your Staff to a department. This will assist with reporting as you can now run reports by departments.

To enable and manage departments, Go to Settings in the sidebar

Select System Fields > User Profile

Select Department

You can add/edit/remove departments 

No you can assign a staff member to a department

Navigate to Manager Users

Select a user and select the Rates tab

Change the Department of the worker to any of the configuration 


Click Save
